Heavily inspired by the beauty of natural elements, Caity founded Mae Proper Interiors with the intention of creating spaces that are both inspiring and functional.

Raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Caity established Mae Proper Interiors in 2022 with the objective of making design more accessible. Her background in interior design, art, and construction creates a unique sense of style, which translates seamlessly from her designs to the clients’ homes.

With the approach of "less is more," Caity believes in creating timeless spaces that are reminiscent of your favorite family memories, where both the home and its inhabitants can grow together. "Mae" was derived from generations before Caity, making the importance of family and home stand at the forefront of Mae Proper Interiors.
